From Trident Fly Fishing
'Glass is not dead&&';; is a phrase that&&';;s gained some traction in contemporary fly fishing. For Echo the phrase manifests in both their Bad Ass Glass series and their River Glass rod series. The River Glass series carries a traditional feel old-fashioned componentry and a user-friendly design. The River Glass is a perfect rod for anglers who enjoy slowing down their casting stroke or fishing on small water with small flies. This series from Echo is a testament to the fact that fiberglass rods continue to have a place in modern fly fishing despite high-tech graphite. Blank S-Glass - Echo River Glass rods are made with an S-Glass construction.
