From Trident Fly Fishing
When the wind stacks up on the flats and the fish demand both distance and precision compromise is not an option. ECH&&';;s Overcast was born from a simple question posed by legendary outdoorsman Flip Pallot: who wouldn&&';;t want more line speed The answer wasn&&';;t to build an overly-powerful broomstick. Instead working alongside Tim Rajeff ECHO engineered a rod that generates greater velocity through a smarter and more intuitive design built for delivering power without sacrificing feel. Built in a purpose-driven 9&&';;3" length the Overcast uses added lever length to increase line speed while maintaining the touch required for short accurate shots in tight quarters.
