Dexter Sofgrip Flexible Fillet Knives are among some of Dexter&';s most popular fillet knives. With a size for every occasion they come out of the package ultra-sharp and with just the right amount of flex to glide over the bones. Featuring SOFGRIP handles that are soft to the grip and provide great control along with slip resistance. Sofgrip Flexible Fillet Knives are made with proprietary high carbon high alloy stain free DEXSTEEL. These knives are NSF certified made in the USA and include Edge Guard blade protectors (optional - certain models only) to protect your knife&';s edge when it is stored.
