The Dakine Cyclone DLX Dry Pack 36L is a backpack that goes all the way under and keeps gear dry. Welded seams and a waterproof zipper top closure replace the usual water-resistant coating, so the pack survives full submersion instead of just shrugging off spray. That same construction still carries a laptop sleeve and organized pockets, turning dedicated paddle protection into a pack we reach for on any trip where water is part of the plan. What Our Gearhead(R) Experts Are Saying:"A wave broke over my head mid-crossing and put the whole pack underwater for a few seconds.
