From Backcountry
The Dakine Camaro Short Trigger Mitten frees the index finger from the rest of the hand, so a goat leather palm and shell can work a buckle or adjust a binding strap without stripping off the whole mitten. A DK Dry insert handles waterproofing behind the leather, while 300g fleece lining and Hi-Loft insulation carry the warmth through a full day on the mountain. The leather shell panels wear in over time, adding grip and character run after run. What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:"I adjust my binding strap at the top of the lift without taking a mitten off, since the trigger finger gives me just enough control to work the buckle.
