The CRKT M16-01S is a compact folding knife based on Kit Carson's practical M16 design and configured for everyday cutting work. Its 3.06-inch spear point blade provides a narrow, useful profile for opening packages, cutting cord, making controlled utility cuts, and handling routine jobs around the home, shop, campsite, or workplace. The blade is made from 8Cr14MoV stainless steel and has a plain cutting edge that can be sharpened along its full length without working around serrations. A bead-blasted finish gives the blade a subdued silver appearance, while the 0.10-inch blade thickness balances the slim shape with dependable utility.
