From Trident Fly Fishing
The Cortland Tropic Plus Intermediate XP Fly Line is an aggressively tapered clear-headed saltwater line built to deliver large flies in deeper water. The Extra Punch design carries extra grain weight over a short 26ft head loading fast-action saltwater rods quickly and turning over bulky wind-resistant patterns with minimal false casts. It is at its best fished from a boat off a beach or deep in the jungle when you need to get a big fly down and keep it there.Best ForDeeper Water and Big Flies - Built for anglers throwing large baitfish and heavy crab or shrimp patterns to predatory species such as tarpon snook redfish and giant trevally.
