From Fishermans Marine
FairPlay fly lines are designed to give you maximum casting distance and precision line control. Built in features allow the line to shoot through the rod guides with far less friction than other fly lines. FairPlay sits on top of the water floating higher to make picking up the line fast and smooth. The special taper shape built in every FairPlay makes casting effortless as the line cuts through the air with less resistance. Remember to always use Cortland Fly Line Backing on your reel before you install your fly line.
