What Our Gearhead(R) Experts Are Saying:"I have been stuffing the Columbia Khyex Pro Wind Jacket into the top of my pack on alpine starts all season and it has bailed me out more than once when the ridge got exposed and the wind picked up fast. At under four ounces it weighs essentially nothing, and the peripheral vision hood adjustment meant I could keep eyes on the route without fighting the fit."The best wind layer is the one you actually bring, and at just under four ounces the Columbia Khyex Pro Wind Jacket makes that an easy commitment.
