From Backcountry
When the eateries near the campsite leave something to be desired, we bust out the Roadtrip 24in XLT Griddle and become the head chef of the campground. This large cooking setup can grill a dozen burgers at once, so everyone gets fed at the same time and we can move on to s'mores as soon as the sun sets. When dinner's over, the griddle and grease tray are easy to clean, and the collapsable design packs back into the van without us breaking a sweat.
