The CobraTec FS-3 Medium is a dual-action out-the-front automatic knife configured with a black handle and a plain-edge tanto blade. Its 3-inch blade is made from D2 tool steel, giving this exact variant a practical cutting edge and the reinforced point geometry associated with the tanto profile. The non-serrated edge provides an uninterrupted cutting surface that is straightforward to maintain, while the medium format offers a useful balance between cutting capability and everyday portability. A single control switch powers both deployment and retraction, allowing the blade to extend and return through the front of the handle without requiring a separate closing operation.
