The COAST LX282/LX283 combo provides two compact folding pocket knives with different cutting edges for everyday work, camping, hiking and general outdoor use. Both knives use 3-inch drop-point blades made from 3Cr13 stainless steel, a practical alloy that can be resharpened as needed. A black oxide coating covers each blade to help resist corrosion during regular use. The green-handled LX282 has a fine cutting edge suited to controlled slicing and common utility tasks, while the black LX283 combines a fine edge with partial serrations for working through tougher or fibrous materials.
