The Jencks is designed by George Muhlestein x Thomas Knives, and its name is inspired by the fact that they share a common ancestor named Joseph Jencks, who was a blacksmith. 2.14C28N steel delivers exceptional toughness and corrosion resistance, enabling a thin, razor-sharp edge, while the tall flat grind ensures smooth, efficient slicing. The refined drop point blade adds versatility with an enhanced belly, a long straight edge, and a strong tip for piercing.
