From Enwild
Cutting-edge materials and construction : The chair uses a proprietary DAC aluminum alloy frame and nylon resin hubs to achieve stability at minimal weight. The seat is constructed of GhostGrid, a translucent monofilament mesh that has excellent inherent strength and prevents small tears or holes from spreading. Reinforced corners bolster durability. A low seat profile also helps to reduce weight. Surprising weight-capacity for such a lightweight design : Though the chair weighs just over a pound (full packed weight, including its stuff sack, is 1 pound, 3 ounces), it can support up to 265 pounds when assembled.
