This is the Castle Creations 8S CapPack 1680UF Capacitor Pack. The Castle Creations 8S CapPack 1680UF capacitor pack is useful in all high voltage brushless motor applications. Ripple voltage is hard on an ESC, and one of the leading causes of ESC failure. This cap pack helps by providing that little boost needed to overcome ripples in the battery voltage caused by hard acceleration or long battery wires, helping to reduce the load on the controller's on-board capacitors. This CapPack uses three 560microF, 35V capacitors totaling 1680microF, which increases its ripple reducing capabilities. It can be used with up to 8 cells LiPo batteries.
