With the CAP barbell 2" weight plates stay in place while you exercise. At the standard Olympic size diameter, the tool fits all this 1 piece weight collar bar and comes with a chrome finish that protects the tool from rust for years to come. Using a plastic cover for the handle, the device provides a secure grip, making it easy when place the collars on or take them off the bar. By keeping the weights secure with this you'll also gain the maximum benefit from every workout because secured weight exerts the proper amount and type of stress on the body. The device can also be used for exercise by itself.
