From Backcountry
The Reserve Synthetic Insulated Hooded Jacket works two ways: zipped under a shell on the coldest days, or worn on its own when the weather eases up. A low-profile 100 gram ThermacoreEco insulation keeps the warmth-to-weight ratio high without adding bulk, wrapped in a Pertex ripstop shell that's light enough to pack into its own pocket. It's built to be the piece that's always in the bag, whether it's the only layer needed or the one that makes the rest of the kit work. What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:"I reached overhead to grab my board off the rack without the jacket riding up or binding at the shoulder. The patterning moves with me instead of fighting me."
