The Buck 685 BuckLite Max II Large Guthook is a fixed-blade hunting knife designed for field-dressing work where controlled handling and convenient access are important. This large configuration uses a 4-inch 420HC steel blade with an integrated guthook, providing a primary cutting edge for general processing tasks and a dedicated hook for opening hide. The knife measures 8.875 inches overall, with a blade thickness of 0.110 inch, giving it practical full-size dimensions for use around camp or in the field. At approximately 4.7 ounces, it remains light enough to carry as part of a mobile hunting kit without taking up the space or adding the weight of a larger field knife.
