The Browning X-Bolt Speed rifles have been at the top of the hunting rifle mountain for several years. Not only did the Speed rifle break new ground with its straight-shooting features, it was also cosmetically different than other bolt-action rifles with a barreled action protected by a durable Cerakote finish, camouflage on the lightweight composite stock, and a fluted, sporter weight precision barrel. The awesome appearance of the Speed rifle was more than ably backed-up by its tack driving performance. This new model veers off the trail from other Speed rifles, replacing the composite camo stock with a stabilized AAA dark maple stock.
