Black Mesh Drafting Chair, Adjustable Height, Wide Base Foot Ring

From Platinum-Level Office Chairs

Precision-welded steel forms the skeleton of this drafting chair wrapped in a breathable black polyester mesh whose lumbar contour is knit directly into the weave rather than stitched on afterward. A deliberately widened base footprint sets it apart from ordinary task seating keeping the frame planted and level even when the pneumatic column is extended to its full height. Built for the specific demands of raised work this chair draws on a tradition of steel-frame seating to give drafters illustrators and lab technicians a perch that steadies rather than sways at counter height.
