From Backcountry
The Spot Headlamp gets to full 450-lumen output with a single tap, so there's no cycling through modes when a trail suddenly gets dark or loud. Dual-Fuel flexibility means it runs on three AAA batteries or the rechargeable BD 1500 Li-ion battery charged straight through USB-C, so a dead battery never means a dead light. A Digital Lock keeps it from switching on by accident in a pack, and an IPX7 rating means it keeps working even after a full dunk in a stream crossing. What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:"Something rustled off-trail at dusk and one tap put me at full brightness instantly, no fumbling through dim, medium, and strobe first."
