The Mini-Griptilian folder has all of the excellent features of the classic Griptilian, but in a smaller, easier to manage package. It features a plain edge, 2.91" modified sheepsfoot blade of CPM- S30V stainless steel, AXIS lock mechanism, ambidextrous thumb-hole opener, lightweight molded handle and reversible carry clip. Benchmade knives are covered under a limited lifetime warranty. According to Benchmade AXIS gets its function from a small, hardened steel bar which rides forward and back in a slot machined into both steel liners. The bar extends to both sides of the knife, spanning the liners and positioned over the rear of the blade.
