When you place your order you will be emailed a return authorization number. Remove your ECU by watching the video hereCarefully package up the ECU so it does not get damaged and send to Dynojet. Write the RA # on the oustide of the package and put your name and return address inside the package. The process will be performed within 24 hours of receiving and returned back to you GROUND shipping. Polaris has been known to have multiple stock files for the same vehicle and if we do not currently have support for your ECU it could take up to 3 days to get the ECU sent back to you.
