From Backcountry
It's back! The Basin + Range Bivy Suit turns a sleeping bag into something to wear around camp. We wrapped a nylon shell around 120 GSM synthetic insulation from ankle to hood, holding warmth right where a dying fire can't reach anymore. It's built for the hours after dark, when the temperature drops fast and the last good option isn't always the tent. What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:"I've stopped changing before I get up to grab more firewood. The two-way zip vents the suit when it gets too warm inside and drops low enough that a middle-of-the-night bathroom break doesn't mean crawling all the way out of it."
