What Our Gearhead(R) Experts Are Saying:"I've been using this top for skinning and cold-weather hikes when I know I'll be working hard. The microgrid fabric dumps heat really well on the climb, and the scuba hood is clutch when the wind picks up without feeling bulky under a shell."We designed the Backcountry Pines Microgrid Ultra-Lt Baselayer 1/2-Zip Scuba Top specifically for high-output activities at higher elevations. A part-recycled polyester and spandex blend with a plush microgrid back and smooth face keeps our body temperature regulated, offers moisture-wicking protection, and stretches for optimal freedom of movement during our activity of choice.
