What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:"The Experience Flow 3 has become my go-to for everyday training miles. It’s light, smooth, and the redesigned heel collar really improves the overall fit. I like the balance of ground feel and cushion, and it feels quick without being overly firm. Great for everything from recovery runs to tempo efforts."Whether we’re easing into base miles or picking up the pace on a lunch loop, the Altra Experience Flow 3 Running Shoe brings versatile comfort to our road routine. This updated version features a redesigned heel collar for a more secure and plush fit, plus a new engineered mesh upper that improves breathability without adding bulk.
