FEATURES: Pocket awareness is the key to accurate receiving, quick transfers, and manipulating the ball in the zone to convert balls into strikes Pros use the Keyhole for soft toss drills often with tennis balls or lite baseballs The Hole is just big enough for a baseball and is located where one should receive the ball Working up through the zone, the goal is to cleanly pocket the ball in the net Not recommended for real baseballs off a machine at high velocity. Baseball Gloves & Mitts from the All-Star brand.
