Excellent condition, not too big, not too small, bunkhouse layout (No Slide Out). Bunk beds are double wide (48in) and can sleep two kids on each. The dinette converts to a bed which allows sleeping for 7 people. Comes stocked with dishes, pots and pans, cooking utensils, and insulated beverage containers (Coffee Mugs, Wine Glasses and Tumblers). One of our favorite things about this trailer is the outdoor kitchen, it allows us to be outside with others while cooking food. **UPDATE** Due to continued issues with the awning and it not being covered by insurance it will not be useable for renters. It will be zip tied shut and any tampering with this will result in loss of deposit.
